For ASPCharge to work, ICVerify must be installed and running. A command
file is required for ASPCharge to launch ICVerify. For most cases the
command file would be named ICVERIFY.CMD and contain:
c:\icverify\ICVERIFY.EXE /O /B %1 %2
That is all there is to it. Now you can use the A$PCharge component in your Active Server Pages.
