Q:
How do I use a NT Login and Password to access my SQL Server from a remote NT machine running IIS 5.0?
A:
You need to use a trusted connection and set the anonymous user account that IIS is using to a login and password that has permission to access the SQL Server. ADO will use IIS anonymous user to connect to the SQL server via a trusted connection.
Here is some example code:
Set oConn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
oConn.Open "Trusted_Connection=yes;driver=SQL Server;server=yourserver;database=yourdatabase;"
