For example ADO (Active Data Objects) is a group of objects namely the connection object, record set object, command object, and others. The benefit to grouping the objects together is the ability to describe the functionality of the objects accurately. For example, without grouping it would be hard to understand how the ADO objects together to become a complete data access solution.
